When you access and use Stravito AB's ("Stravito" "us", "we", "our") website and the SaaS service (jointly referred to as the "Services"), you also provide Stravito with certain personal data. The purpose of this document is to provide you with information of Stavito's processing of your personal data and of your rights in relation to our processing of your personal data.

Information we collect

In relation to your use of Stravito's website, Stravito may collect personal data from you such as your name and email address.

Additionally, we collect visitor statistics, including IP-addresses, information on the device you are using and location, when using our Services.

How we use your data

We process the personal data collected in order to satisfy our legitimate interest of understanding how our Services are used and to develop and improve our Services. For this purpose, we use cookies and similar technologies. By enabling cookies in your web browser and using our Services you consent to our use of cookies. We may use your e-mail address in order to communicate with you regarding the Services, e.g. in order to inform you of updates and other changes to the Services, the cookie policy or this information notice. The processing of your personal data for these purposes above is necessary in order to satisfy our legitimate interest of keeping in contact with you regarding the Services.

Additionally, based on your consent, we may process your e-mail address to send direct marketing information to you relating to us, and our Services. You have the right to at any time to oppose to our processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes and de-register from future communications from us, please see contact details below.

We may also process the personal data that you provide to us in connection with accessing and using our Services and in your interactions with us for statistical purposes. The processing of your personal data is based on our legitimate interest of aggregating statistics in order to understand how our Services are used and to develop and improve our Services.

How long your personal data is retained

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary in order to provide the Services. Your personal data will thus, as a starting point, be stored until you decide to delete your user account. However, if you have not logged into the Services during a period of 12 months, we will send you an e-mail to the e-mail address that you have registered requesting that you confirm whether you wish to continue to access and use the Services. If you do not respond to this request within 3 months thereafter your user account and profile associated with the Services will be deleted, meaning that it will no longer be possible to log into the Services using your user account.

Any content, which does not include your personal data, that you have uploaded to the Services will be stored until further notice, unless you request that we delete the content.

Your personal data may be retained for such additional period that is necessary if we are required by law to retain the information, or in order to establish, defend or exercise legal claims. When your personal data is no longer necessary for these purposes, we will securely delete the data.  

Transfer of your personal data outside the EU/EEA

We do not transfer your data outside the EU/EEA.  All our third party processors reside within the EU/EEA.

Disclosure to third parties

Stravito may disclose your personal data to third parties, such as suppliers and service providers, including such suppliers involved in providing the technical platform for the website. Furthermore, Stravito may process and disclose the personal data that you have provided to other third parties than outlined above in order to fulfill our legitimate interest of complying with applicable law and regulations and lawful regulatory requests or relevant orders from competent courts and public authorities and to establish, exercise and defend legal claims.

In order to protect your personal data, Stravito will enter into data processing agreements with third parties to which your personal data is disclosed. Such data processing agreements will e.g. stipulate that the personal data may only be processed in accordance with Stravito's instructions.

Finally, we may process and disclose the personal data that you have provided to other third parties than outlined above in order to fulfill our legitimate interest of complying with applicable law and regulations and lawful regulatory requests or relevant orders from competent courts and public authorities and to establish, exercise and defend legal claims.

Additionally, we may disclose your personal data to third parties in case of a merger or a transfer of assets in order to fulfill our legitimate interest of carrying out such merger or transfer of assets.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to the personal data that we process about you. You also have the right to request that incorrect or incomplete personal data is corrected.

Furthermore, you have the right, to the extent our processing is based on your consent, to at any time revoke your consent to our processing of your personal data. If you revoke your consent, we still have a right to continue to process the personal data that we already have collected based on your previous consent.

As of 25 May 2018, you also have, to the extent applicable data protection laws provide, a right to erasure of personal data, restriction of processing, to object to certain processing of personal data and a right to data portability.

Should you have any issues regarding the processing of your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Inspection Board.

How will we notify you of changes to this notice?

If we make any changes to this information, we will notify you on by sending you an e-mail to the e-mail address that you have registered for your user account.

Your obligation in relation to data uploaded by you

It is possible for you to upload information to the SaaS service. You are responsible for any personal data uploaded by you to the SaaS service and for complying with applicable laws and regulations, including those related to processing of personal data. This means e.g. that you have an obligation to provide the data subjects with information relating to your processing of the personal data and that you can only process personal data if you have a legitimate purpose and a legal basis for the processing. If you upload any personal data to the SaaS service as data controller, we will be data processor for the processing of such personal data and reserve the right to require that a data processing agreement is entered into.
